Luna raced through the woods, kicking up a spray of snow. She sniffed around the area, trying to find prey-scent. Hmm. There's not many prey animals out right now. Must be becaus it's so cold. Luna slumped her shoulders, defeated. Welp, that was a waste of time...

Anzu lifted his nose to the air, trying to find a prey scent in the snow. His brown and black pelt was dusted with white snow, and his light green eyes blinking as snow blew into them. Anzu caught the scent of a deer, and walked towards where he smelled it. Anzu stalked through the snow-covered forest. He saw a large buck a few feet ahead of him. It appeared to be a young deer, unskilled at fighting. Anzu leapt towards the large deer and pounced on its haunches. The buck kicked and squirmed but Anzu held on to the deer. He got it tired and bit into its neck, killing it. Anzu stepped off of the deer's body, grasped its leg, and drug it back to camp.

Yael//F//Snowfall Patroller

Yael saw Dewstone from across the camp. "Hello, Dewstone." Yael said as she dipped her head. "Is there a patrol I could go on soon?" Yael sat down by the alpha. Yael had nothing to do in camp,and hoped that she could go on a patrol.

Little Bear picks up a mouse from the kill pile and waddles back to the nursery, his little tail wagging happily.

Dakota eventually returned from hunting - a white-furred hare, and a couple of field mice dangling from her jaws, looking tired as she plopped them down in the kill pile.

Anzu dropped the deer in the prey pile and nodded to where Sena, Luke, and Zane lay in the nursery. He smiled at the three and looked up at where Dakota stood across from him. "Hello there," He said as he turned back to the female wolf.

Yael awaited an answer from the pack alpha, her tail swishing in the snow.

Dakota smiled tiredly at Anzu. "Hello to you as well." She said, sitting down to try to relax. "I was hoping to see my sister this morning, but there's no sign of her..."

Luna huffed. I'm just going to head back to camp. She thought. There's nothing to hunt. Well, that's winter for me. Luna turned around to face the direction back to Snowfall pack's camp. If I'm lucky, maybe there'll be prey to hunt on the way back. Luna licked her chops and began heading home.
