| Dom Well thats awesome!! Sleep definitely helps me have a better day I’ve noticed. When i stay up and only sleep 4-5 hours i an groggy, angry, and sometimes depressed. When i get my usual 7-8 hours I feel like nothing could stop me lol |

| Tober I was recently officially diagnosed with insomnia, I got these meds that help me sleep for a solid 8 hours without waking. I was getting like 2-3 hours of sleep ever 3 days. Was losing my mind lol |

| The hardest thing I'd say about exploring is having my cat trying to lay on my hands to get belly rubs every 30 seconds. Or headbutting my phone out of my hands |

| Dom I get that, my partner needs melatonin to go to sleep unless he wants to lay in bed for 2+ hours before falling asleep. Its rough out here |
