| Frankly, even with airfare, it might actually be cheaper to give birth in a different country at this point. I've seen some Americans go to Turkey to get all their yearly check-ups in one go, including exams that should be standard in the U.S. I've seen it usually costs around 4,000-7,000 in total depending on what care package you sign up for. Way cheaper than hospitals by a long shot. The ER tried to charge me 1,000 for them doing a pee test and a swab on ,me and nothing else. :( |

| @KJ I am in the US, and luckily I have medicaid and they ran both my insurances so the amount I have to pay is 667.41. The total was 24,819.25 dollars and all by 667.41 was covered by my insurances |
