I have a Working line GSD; No sloped back, parents were tested for hip dysplasia and both were negative, the pups are tested for multiple potential disorders and diseases and are only sold if they are healthy and up to standard.

Now THAT is something I have specific knowledge of. There are two lines of shepherds: Working and Show. Show line GSDs are more likely to have sloped backs and hip dysplasia, while Working line GSDs are less likely (as long as you find a reputable breeder who tests the parents and actually cares about the pups).

I'll agree with you there partially. Naturally yappy dogs like chihuahuas, terriers, and maltese-like dogs are at the bottom of the list for me. Also brachycephalic breeds like pugs, but only out of pity.
