Yup...she said she knows how it is to struggle if you have to start with nothing so she wanted to give someone a chance...and we can use her horses for meet the horses lrograms with kids and stuff like that...and all the money we make is for us, she said that techicaly if we slread enough word aroud and so some classes with kids to introduce horses we could techicaly pay rent with that hehe
