Im really hoping that I'm not losing some of my safe foods. But like I was eating McDonald's chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets in general are one of my safe foods and after 3 I had to stop eating them cause they were making me gag. They tasted fine and texture was normal so I dont know what happened
