Biography
Velvela, a little pup, sat at the mouth of the den she shared with her mother. Behind her, at the very back of the cave she called home, were three graves, a bouquet of dried flowers lying on each. These were the graves of her father and two older siblings, Charlie and Johnathan, her brothers. She and her mom were the only two left after the attack...
As a newborn Velvela had lived in a large and strong pack of lightbringers. She had her father's calm attitude, and her mother's amazing bravery, making her a possible candidate for future alpha. Things were looking up for the pup.
This time of Vel's life was like the calm before the storm. A neighboring darkseeker pack attacked one fateful day, catching the lightbringers completely off guard. Vel's father turned to her mother, and with a sad growl, ordered her to run and take their pup to safety. These were the last words her father spoke.
Two days later, Vel and her mother returned to their pack to find it in ruins. The heartbroken mother buried her mate and her eldest children, and since she couldn't bear to part with the territory she had grown up in, decided to raise her pup there.
Now back to Velvela, who sits in the mouth of the den. She waits patiently for her mother to return with something to each.
Little does the white faced pup know, her mother will not be returning again.
When she turned two, Velvela met someone very odd. A female, her belly round with pups, that looked exactly like her mother. As it turned out, this wolf was her mother, and had abandoned her to be mates with the alpha of the same darkseeker pack who had killed Velvela's father and brothers. She had been cheating on Vel's father for years.
In her rage, Velvela nearly killed her mother, and would have if the darkseeker alpha hadn't stepped in. Somehow, the female survived, but was now an outlawed criminal.

Velvela and Barean met on a cold, snowy winter day as pups. They nearly immediately became friends, and staked out on top of a large rock.
Their leave didn't last long, as a black and white female attempted to kidnap them. While running, Barean tripped and Vel attacked the female, allowing both young pups to escape to the safety of a rabbit hole.
The next day, the pups were getting food and planning to move to the mountains. But, while running, Barean fell into a sinkhole, and was trapped.
Velvela ran to get her friend a vine, but in her absence, the black and white female returned and took Barean.
Velvela grew up alone while Barean grew up in a harsh and terrible pack.

Savior and Velvela met, strangely, over a rabbit.
Both wolves were two years old, and Vel had kjust caught a rabbit. Savior, not knowing the rabbit had been caught, followed its scent. Thus, the two wolves met.
They chatted, and both realized the other carried something deep and sad inside of them. Vel and Savior shared stories and became good friends.
