| @Nin @Vapor Honestly? I feel absolutely terrible. I can't move without so much pain in my upper back, neck and scapula that I literally am almost crying and ti the point of screaming. It's not bad this bad in probably months. I was up walking for a couple minutes, a few minutes ago, and I just was crying out with each step and could barely get back into bed. I am on trying to distract myself but I might end up getting back off if it doesn't help as a distraction. How are you both though? |
