Biography Bellatrix was born into a pack that was a bit more feral than most. There was no set rules as they changed with each new alpha, the only two ways to become alpha was to kill the wolf who held the title or to simply take over. How would one simply 'take over' you might ask, well one way would be to dominate the wolves around you until they were more fearful of you then the alpha, another way would be to make the alpha summit to you infront of the rest of the pack. Well pack might be the wrong word for the group as it was more of a all for one in a crowded area.
Pack mentality wasn't a common thing amongst the wolves matter of a fact not even sibling bonds mattered here. Pups were often taught to see their litter mates as competition rather than siblings and parents weren'tmuch better. Matter of a fact the first thing Bellatrix could really remember her mother saying to her was 'listen here you defected runt. If you have plans on surviving you had best fight twice as hard as everyone one around you otherwise you haven't got a chance, hell your own brother would kill you for a bone and I wouldn't make a move to stop him.' Harsh words yes but not the worst thing her mother had said to her. Besides they were good words of advice, after all Bellatrix was stuck in a metaphorical hell with a visible defect in the dead center of her face. Not a very good way to kick off a life in a pack based on appearances, luckily for Bellatrix she was also born with the spirit of a angry mother bear. At a mere six months she had been attacked over 50 times due to her defect leaving her pelt and face covered in scars but her muscles beyond firm. When she moved her whole body rippled with power. She had also grown to a whopping 134 pounds, a weight that was almost unthinkable in her pack filled with feral little nobodies.
Bellatrix learned quick and young that there was only one way to be respected and that was to demand it. If you walked with your head and tail low you were that more likely to be tossed around a bit, but how does one demand respect you might ask. With their teeth of course. Now I know what you may be thinking, isn't that a horrible way to earn the respect of others? Well yes, of course it is! But let me ask you this, does it work? No need to answer as I'll do it for you! Yes it works, quite well actually. Anywho were were we? Right, Bellatrix grew up lean and mean.
It only took the she wolf a year to work her way up the social latter. She was quick to curb any behavior she deemed inappropriate, for example. If a wolf were to look at her defect a bit two wrong Bellatrix might give them a bloody ear as punishment. Or maybe for instance some wolf were to try and take a meal she had claimed as hers, that wolf had a high chance of losing its life, and sure maybe that's a extreme but in the world she lived being lenient was seen as a weakness no matter who it was with.
