| I pay $725 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath in the hood/high crime area, with a $500 pet deposit AND $70 a month for pet rent. I want to hear no complaints. |

| Royal Yeah I think people should just merge the security deposit and animal fees. More than likely im not going to fucking damage anything but god forbid if my animal does please take it out of the security deposit and dont make me pay more than necessary. |
