Heya Cries! @Wendi Yeah I get that. What I did was get good explore wolves, use them to get more mush in explore, then spent it on CP for my favorite wolves xD |

I'll probably try doing that later on when I get a den expansion but I'm trying to make river (alpha female) a good explore wolf and get fish(pup) ready for when he grows up and I can use him |

@Wendi If you don't mind outsourcing, there are a bunch of wolves with 100+ talents in Trading Post, which means they are born with CP built in. They are typically less than 20 mush each which makes it a budget friendly way to assemble an explore team :) |

I've been trying to get as much cp as I can into these guys with only 60 a day. It's slow but I'm doing it. |
Enigma |
Yes, that's why I said "as much". Definitely still matters, but you'll find a wolf with zero BE and maxed CP will perform on par with more experienced wolves |

Battle exp does matter though, only after a wolf reaches 525exp will it deal max damage |
Enigma |
@Wendiglyph Heads up, your wolves need CP to do well in explore. It does not matter as much how many BE they have. In this way, you can get a brand new wolf, dump tons of CP on it, and it will instantly do well in explore. Battle, Resolve, and Agility are needed for battles with prey and enemies, and Perception, Luck, and Stealth are needed to find them. The other fields are good for passing encounters. In order of importance, I would list the fields as Battle, Stealth, Agility, Perception, Resolve, Luck, Wisdom, and the rest is up to you |
