Wow.. totally didn't go through all of the pages. Your improvement is amazing and inspiring! I'm a new artist, and I feel like giving up because it's STRESSFUL. Especially the lines and colring/shading. I was actually sitting here for a few hours trying to draw a horse, and let me tell you, it was not pretty.. especially the muscles. - If you don't mind me asking, what app do you use? I've been using ibis, and the tools I'm guessing is my main problem for the shading/coloring. (For me at least). I first started lineart by tracing real animals which has made me improve BUNCHES. But the shading/coloring is kicking me in the tush! Edited at October 31, 2025 09:08 PM by Mistveria

i use procreate mostly! i have used ibis a few times but ive only attempted shading like once or twice and im pretty sure i just used a max of 3 brushes for the one (two ocs on a bench) on the previous page honestly i just slapped different shades together and blended until it looked somewhat good but also practice makes perfect!! keep at it and i'm sure you'll find something that works for you Mistveria said: Wow.. totally didn't go through all of the pages.
