This is a small sample of a picture book I'm working on called In the Dragon's Teeth, a fantasy story. For a brief synopsis, it's about a neglected girl who escapes reality by creating a fantasy world in the constellation Ophiuchus, Ouroboros. She becomes too obsessed with it to the point she fails in life, and turns to dark magic to get what she wants. She marries the King (pictured below), but attempts (and fails) to destroy him when she realizes he isn't perfect. She becomes a ruthless Queen. Hopefully, the King's advisors come back to life as children and, with the King, defeat the girl and save the people. But only if everything goes right.

This is a Cloud Dragon I modeled in blender. I still need practice but I'm getting the hang of it.
