Flux is very enthusiastic about his new endeavors in the field of inventing, constantly talking about whatever metal lump he is currently working on. With a focus on prosthetics, bionics and medical gear, Flux is determined to help others that have suffered similarly to himself.

He thinks he is extremely lucky to have made it out of his previous career with his life, let alone the fact he never lost a limb. Although, the scattering of scars is enough to suggest he has faced his fair share of danger.

When it comes to the ship's inhabitants, Flux is mostly tolerant of their chattering and often joins in himself. However, he is not very keen on talking about his time before joining the crew. For the majority of the time, Flux is a confident and frankly cocky individual, but he would be the first to point out his arrogance with a self-depricating joke.
