I don't think you have to have a 30 cp maternal/charisma for 3 pups, it only boosts the chances because I've had my alpha female give birth to 3 pup litters twice now at only 21 maternal

Ye, that sounds great! Hope and Rowan could use to bond with more members of the pack, although they are working on it.
