The Cryptids (if we are talking about Bigfoot and its variants for each biome) already drop Jasmine which I feel like is exclusive to them? Eve drops the items for Knowledge.. I don't use run into her as often to actually craft it. I think she can drop something else but her loot pool is already 3 items, that would let it be a rarer item unless it's an additional drop. Sun Bears is the only thing that's a normal explore enemy and doesn't drop anything special use. The thing is, Grizzly/Brown/Black bears all have equal/higher damage and health compared to it (Polar Bear only deals 25 interestingly). If the bears collectively drop items (like the way all Cryptids drop Jasmine), then maybe it can be a set of 3 craftables into a better item? (like how Knowledge is crafted) Voting in between Eve and Bears mainly because the Cryptids already have a niche filled.. Food for thought lol. Late night eastern hemisphere yap. |

Rhino's would also be a good one they are pretty tough! Crocodiles as well since they successfully get away most of the time! I did vote sunbear though from the default options. |

I very much agree with Starmutt that it should be Sunbears, as they only frustrate players and don't a lot of love :(. Also they are the only 'normal' ones and should get a chanve to be special But I think all bears being needed for bigger craftables would be so cool. but I also wanted to point out that we already have Jasmine droppers and I would love for that to continue being rare and harder to get, bears are found in all terrains more often. Not too mention they are built into predator counts so the chance of getting Jasmines will be much higher. Thus Jasmines will devalue at some point when there are many in the market or many being used. So not sure if Jasmines is a potential idea but I would vote against that So I can imagine instead having items that would actively boost either your explore prowess or perhaps breeding (other than the apple items that already exist of course) |

I went with Eve because she's an NPC I actually see and encounter; I haven't gotten to high enough levels in explore to start seeing Sunbears yet. I think Sunbears would be a good choice because of the reasons already listed; people pretty much dread encountering them in explore and there doesn't seem to be much reward for how high a risk they are to hunt. |

Sunbears are predators though? They must be hunted, nor successfully but attempted just quick confusion question as i think i misunderstood your text
