This was a question I encountered a few days ago in chat. I know what the gramatically correct answer is, but still... what does everyone else think?

At the very least in America the word is the same for moose, be it plural or singular, it doesn't matter at all. The word is still 'moose'

I don't know if it's the same for other languages and countries though as English can be pretty different than other languages
