Lophius piscatorius(nevermind, google lied to me, that's a frogfish) is the scientific name for an angler fish, so maybe; Lophi, Lopho, Lophius, Piscato, Catori, uhhhhhhh Picaso, Pistachio, Phillip.

so you could name him lophii

lmao, anyway, if he was my creation I'd name him saladtoes as a joke, seadevil cause I saw that on the internet while searching anglerfish.

or maybe "krøyer" which I also don't know how to pronounce, but apparently that guy found a cool angler. Wikipedia lmao
