Hey, question that I can't exactly find the answer to anywhere;

What exactly is the percentage chance that an ES wolf hits twice in a turn? Recently in Explore my ES finally hit twice, but then... I've been using him for a while and this is either the first time I consciously noted it (usually I just spam the attack button without looking at what happens), or it really is the first time.

This was the forum that originally suggested it. The original suggestion said "5% but may grow with BE", and the edit said "somewhere between 15-20%".

Well, that really isn't helpful. It's far too vague.

Considering it's the first time I've (consciously) noted he hit twice, and I've been using him for probably almost a month now... exactly what are the chances that an ES wolf hits twice in battle?

That's a really good question, I'd love to know. I noticed my ES tend to have more BE, which means they're getting more kills, but I never noticed the frequency for the boost activation.

Not often enough! I think the pack called Dire crunched the numbers, and found that in relation to the DH's the chance for the ES to hit vs the guaranteed 50HP of the DH is not worth it. Still, I used to keep some and I'd say they made their mark :)

Just wanted to say that Dire is a legendary pack and has more helpful statstics posted as well ^^ But I've also had ES in the past and I don't recall getting many double hits.

I do agree that ES simply don't double hit often enough. I've started to pay attention to my battle logs to see, and my ES has only hit twice once more.

The thing about the double-hit is that if the first hit kills the enemy, the second hit doesn't do anything. Which makes the double-hit kind of pointless as a result, because since the first hit does 35 damage, unless the double hit is at the start of the battle it's kinda pointless because usually by the second or third attack the enemies (in Explore) are usually low enough that one hit kills them in any case. Since the second attack I believe would go to the same enemy, since said enemy is dead the attack goes nowhere.

Well, I'm just going to hope that eventually someone comes up with a good answer.

Honestly it's for that reason that I prefer CS over ES. CS gets guaranteed more damage for every hit, while I haven't seen my ES double hitting as far as I can tell.

There is no actual percentage. It can vary greatly depending on things like the amount of CP you give it in it's increased stat and sometimes even the wolf itself in some cases(I personally have found some wolves are better at it than others)
