Pregnancy lasts 80-96 hours, labour lasts another 2-5. In other words, the minimum possible time before pups is 82 hours and the max is 101 hours. |

With regards to the second question, the game doesn't take that into account. It's a case of first wolf to birth gets the avaliable den slots for her number of pups, so if you're not careful you are able to lose half a litter, but you will not be notified of the pups wandering away because technically you 'have den space' even if it is just the one open slot. |

Hey what would happen if your den was full and you have a pregnant wolf will she loose her pups or will they live in the pack |

You will lose the pups. Upon birth the game mail you'll receive will say the pups have 'wandered off'. There is no way to get these pups back, so make sure you have enough den space for your pregnant wolves! |
