One is wolf eeffigy says it'll give 10 character points I either don't know what that means or I just miss read it.

The other I realized I miss read completely stare down one. When I read it again it said reset lol

You go to your den page (Menu < Pack < Den), scroll down to a wolf and click on their name, then head to Manage [Your Wolf], Use Items and select the Wolf Effigy or Staredown, then hit Use. It'll use those on the wolf whose page you're on, so make sure you are on the wolf you want to give the relics to before you use them.
