The battle between cat and dog is as ancient as the seasons. With survival instinct rooted deeper than ever, hyena and lion fight for the lands riches. Will hyena prosper with brain and number, or will lion conquer with bron and size? Rules: * Try to be Semi-Lit meaning about a decent paragraph or two containing at least 3-4 sentences. feel free to do more if wanted. * Your characters are allowed to die, they cannot be invincable so if wanted, Id advise making an extra character, but on the other hand, if trying to kill, ask in (...) on your post for concent of losing that character during the roleplay situation. *basic roleplay rules like no arguing and power characters and cussing. Climate: -Dry season- Heards move north to follow the last remaining water. bone crushing giants(elephants) hoard the last waterholes. Death and decay rots the land with the bodys of the old and starved. -wet season- Thick green grasslands littered with marsh patches and overgrown underbrush, herds travel plentiful of all kinds, young are born of all species. opportunity is neverending. * Info on hyenas- * 2-3 pups per litter(usually 1 survives) * Heiarchy: 1 queen, her offspring, other females * males leave or are banished at maturing age unless during mating season *courtship: All femals breed, less aggressive males are sout after. * height: 70–91.5 cm (males are smaller) * age: live up to 25, mature at 3-4, wean at 6 months * all help with pups * Info on lions: * 3-4 cubs (rarest instance-6) * heiarchy- 1 king(rare two brother kings) 1 queen her offspring/relatives * males are killed or banished by king at maturing age * courtship: only the king and queen mate unless a female meets a nomad(lone male) then she will leave the pride to join him or the king will kill her cubs. * height: males up to 4ft, females up to 3.5 ft * age: up to 15, mature at 4-5 years, wean at 7 months * Queen leaves to give birth, the pride isnt introduced until the cubs are weaned then the pride helps care for them. Name: Kombe (West African name meaning sun) . Age: 8 Rank: Lone male 1 Species: Spotted Hyena height: 80cm (2.6 ft.) . Defects(opt.): he has a crick in his tail due to a break in an insident with a lion and a couple scars on his hind quarters from wild dogs. Personality(opt.): hes a very passive, relxed male. Not submissive but not aggressive either. He tends to scavenge alone in search of something past food. Hes thoughtful and sweet at times but only when close with someone, otherwise hes silent and calculated. Looks: A little more vibrantly bronzed with light orange tufts and dark green eyes.
