I roll my eyes, clearly done with the women in this bar. "Yeah sure, you can get girls that are as shallow as the ocean. Particularly the ocean on top of a mountain." I say, implying that there is absolutely no Ocean on the mountain. "And that's all you'll be able to get her" this time I tone shifts from taunting, too little offensive. I'm not sure why I'm being mean but here I am. Maybe because this guy insulted my boyfriend. Maybe because he was right about it.

I lean forward just slightly. "Tell you the truth. Because I have nowhere else to go. I don't have a job. I don't have enough money to leave. So I am suck. And there's nothing you can do about it anyway' so why are you asking?" I raise my eyebrows as I say the last line.

I take a step back. I heard nothing after 'I might be evil.' Involuntarily, my shoulders shake. I always thought if I had wings, it would be ruffling my feathers. But I don't have wings. "What do you mean evil? And stay away from me if you are."

I still grumble and finish my drink. I seriously debatnon just leaving the cash for it on the counter, but I have a feeling that this guy won't like it. Or let me.

Scrunch my eyebrows as I try to mimic his accent. "Lucifer." Then I say it a few more times, the accent slowly getting worse.

"Well, since it's only fair, my name is Zoey. Zoey Alba." I say in return.
