" it's beautiful isn't it? I used to lay here looking at the stars when i was younger... Now that im old i stay in the den... it got pretty lonely after a while

Suddenly a storm began and the two sat there, getting soaked by the pelting rain. Aroura loved the rain, even though it made her stiff.

" we needed this rain... maybe now the elk will return and when you're healed... we can hunt and have a feast.

"Maybe.. maybe." He yawns and gets in the lake washing off the blood and making his pelt darker with the rain and water." Come in.." He smiles and sinks under the water coming up a few seconds later and shaking off a little." I love the rain.. and the dark."
An hour later he hears some rustling from the bushes and turns seeing a pair of piercing blue eyes and backs up. He tilts his head and frowns.
