Anya| f | loner | M: flame Anya finally opened her eyes and sat up, hunger to unbearable to rest. She then streched and sniffed to see if she could smell anything to eat. Nothing she sighed as she started down the river. A minute later Anya sniffed again, smelling a wolf this time. A wolf anya thought to herself excitedly. Anya hadnt seen another wolf for about 3 months and if she was being honest she was lonely. She padded down the river towards the sent, her condtion not letting her go any faster. Soon she saw the wolf, getting a drink from the river. Lonely but still cautious Anya hide amoung some long grass and watched the wolf. She wanted to approach but she knew she needed to see if this wolf was a threat. Anya tried to keep still but her tail slowly wagged, making a little rustling noise as she watched the wolf. |

Flame finished taking a drink before pricking her ears. There was a soft rustling to her left and the scent of wolf had gotten stronger. Female. Alone. Young. Flame sat down, wrapping her tail around her paws before slowly tilting her head towards the rustling. "Come on out young one. I can sense that you are there. I am no harm to you as long as you are no harm to me." Flame called gently, flicking an ear towards the noise.
From her point of view, er-sense, she could tell that something was off about the female. However, if the wolf was rabid, it would have attacked without warning. The fact that it didn't could either mean two things: the female was hurt or scared. Flame gave a gentle smile anyway, her brother wouldn't be back with the foxes for a while so they both would be okay. |

Anya| f | loner | M: Flame Anya winced as she heard the female call out to her, but anya listened to every word she said, drinking up the females voice. How anya missed a wolf voice, not at all like loud human voices. Anya gulped down some fear then came out of the long grass to face the female. I wont hurt you, im just glad you wont hurt me Anya said quietly as her tail still slowly wagged. Anya sniffed the air and to her surprise she smelled fox. Soon she realised it was coming off the wolf. Did the wolf live with foxes anya thought unbelieveingly as she waited for the female to say or do something. |

Flame | F | Elder | SFP | M: Anya Flame listened as she heard the female pad out to her. "I won't hurt you, I'm just glad you won't hurt me." The female said and Flame dropped her head to her before flicking an ear. "Your quite close to my pack's territory, your lucky I was the one to find you." Flame said, tilting her head at the young wolf. She could smell some fear rolling off the wolf before blinking gently at the wolf, "My name is Flame. You seem a bit confused right now, are you okay?" |

Anya| f | loner | M:Flame "Your quite close to my pack's territory, your lucky I was the one to find you", flame said. "Im sorry i didnt know", anya replyed. "My name is Flame. You seem a bit confused right now, are you okay", flame asked anya. A tear rolled down anya's muzzle at the thought of a friend. "Im Anya, and im not really okay but i am now since you are here", she said holding back tears and forgeting about the fox sent on flame. Anya realaxed a bit and sat on her hauches before telling her story, "i just escaped from humans and i havent eaten in days". "im young and not the best hunter so im really glad you found me", anya said as her tail began to wag and joy crept into her voice. "You look like someone who can hunt" anya said happily, not realising flame was blind. |

Flame listened to her speak, hearing sadness enter her voice before a bit of joy showed itself. Oh the poor girl, being alone and hungry. Flame tilted her head before leaning towards the river a bit more. A splash made her lunge forward. Her fangs missed the fish the first time but the second time, they hit. That was normally how her fishing went anyway. With the strong current, she was surprised she got anything at all. She dropped her catch in front of the young wolf, now knowing it was Anya.
"Well Anya, humans are being humans lately and non-hunter loners is not the easiest to get along. If you would like, you can come back to camp with me but I can not guarantee you will be allowed to stay. My pack is a bit more family based and my alpha isn't the most. . ." Flame paused, searching for the right word before finishing, "welcoming wolf. There are a few things that you will need to get used to if you would like to stay for a few days." Flame flicked an ear at her, letting Anya eat for a few moments.
Flame got up, shaking out her fur before saying, "There are two other packs around here that would be more than welcome to take you in. I can fill you in on the way back if you would like." She paused, waiting for Anya's decision. |

Anya| f| loner | M:flame Anyas eyes grew wide as the flame caught a fish in mid air. Granted it was the second try but anya wouldnt be able to do it on the 5 try let alone the second. Anya watched flame drop the fish at her feet. "Thank you so much" anya said before tearing into the fish. Anya listened to flame as she spoke. "I would love to come" anya said in-between bites. "I understand, most packs wouldnt want a wolf like me" she sighed before bitting off the last piece of meat on the fish. After gulping down the last bite she nodded her head and said "i am very adaptable and loyal". . Anya watched as the female got up and soon she got up too. "Are they big packs" anya asked nervously. "And sure, but i like smaller packs but if your alpha doesn't except me i guess we could look into that" anya sighed before waiting to follow the flame to wherever they were going. |

Flame listened to Anya as she ate before saying, "Well, my pack is a bit. . .odd. If your adaptable, you might have an okay chance in the pack although you will have to excuse a few of them. There's 4 of us total now, it shrunk after an...accident." Flame went silent, thinking back to that day when the jaguars attacked. They had gone straight for the pups. After they were done they roundout, they took what was left of her sight before fleeing.
She hadn't seen them since but she pretty much knew what had happened to them. There was only a few times that Shadow had come back covered in blood that wasn't his own. She shook that thought away, starting back up the path before hearing Anya ask a question. "They aren't the largest of packs but a pretty good amount of wolves. And don't you worry about my alpha, if you can learn to live with my pack, I'll get you in." Flame said with a small chuckle. She knew how to push Shadow's buttons plus it would be nice to have a young wolf in the pack again. |

Frost and Icicle | M & F | Foxes | SFP | M: Each other, Shadow
Frost bounded through the trees, feeling the leaves brush through his fur. Ah, this was the way to go. It felt like a normal day out setting traps, except he had Shadow to accompany them again. It had been forever since they got to do it together. He paused to grab a rope that he had hid in a nest before jumping down to land on Shadow's back. Icicle was already perched there with some mesh that she had snatched from a trapper's hut last night.
"Where would you like to place it?" Shadow asked as they got to the meadows. On this side of town, it was known as a hunting grounds for the humans. They had been setting traps for the humans for a while now, helped to relieve stress. Or so Shadow said. Frost jumped down before pulling the rope up a tree. Icicle dragged the mesh out to lay it in some tall grass. Frost went ahead and dropped an end for Icicle to weave through it. Shadow had disappeared back into the forest, no doubt gathering the snakes.
Frost pulled the mesh up with the rope before pulling it down the tree. With the mesh net now high in the air, he wrapped the rope around a small pole at the bottom. Icicle dropped a trap that was bigger than her panting. It took two to scurry, three to hurry. He grinned at himself, looking back to find Shadow prowl out of the forest with a wriggling bag in his mouth. Frost got into the tree before taking it and dumping the contents into the mesh, staying clear out of reach. The snakes hissed at him but couldn't escape the net. They would settle down soon.
Shadow took the rope and tucked it into the trap. As soon as a human stepped on the trap or even dared touch it, the rope would release the snakes above them. Frost couldn't wait to hear the terrified screams. "Let's go, the dogs are out." Shadow growled up to him and he jumped down to his back. "Easy peasy," Icicle grinned, jumping up beside him. "The humans should be here soon enough." Shadow chuckled, trotting into the woods with the two foxes on his back, the trap set. |

Anya| f | loner | M: "Oh, well i dont know how packs can be odd but im sorry that it shrunk but to me the best packs are small", anya smiled after litening to flame. Anya then followed flame down the well worn trail and listened to flame and then answered her by saying "well i dont really like big packs so i hope i can get in and like i said im pretty adaptable. Like ive lived in a small cage in a human den and i survived so i think i can deal with an odd pack" anya chuckled then smiled at flame. "Im not worried about your alpha though, the only thing im worried about is dying out here alone" she sighed before smiling since flame chuckled. After a moment of silence anya asked "how far is it?" |
