Laying back, you notice the soothing sensation of the plush fabric against you. A sensation so inviting, you decide to relax… Relax.. Relax.. And begin to let go a little bit. A slight mist of lavender hits the air, as you take a deeeeep breath iiinnn through your nose.. Holding that breath for a count of 1… 2.. and 3.. As you slooooowly exhale, letting that tension of the day, simply melt away. There. Doesn’t that feel better? To just be free.. For a little while? It’s fine to follow along.. And just be with yourself.. As you inhale yet again.. Deeeeep breath in for me… Holding it for a count of 1.. 2.. And 3.. As you sloooooowly exhale out.. All that stress, tension, and anxiety.. In fact, you watch as those negative feelings pool into a soft, black void beneath you.. Where they get sucked away.. Into complete nothingness. Notice.. How those negative feelings get replaced with a feeling of comfort.. As you relax.. Relax.. Relax deeeeeeeply.. Deeper than you ever have before. A relaxing warmth beginning in your head.. As if my words were inviting you deeper into deeeep blisssss.. There there.. Allow that comfort to grow, as it gently spreads into your face, and doooowwn your neck.. Muscles sooooftly loosening.. It also makes its way into your hands.. And relaxing your fingers one.. By one.. As they groooww.. Loose.. Liiimmpp.. And heavy.. Thaaaaattsss riiiight.. Eeeeven deeper still.. As that waaaarm..
