About Me
Work as a Jail Deputy, currently on night shift. I'm often told I am too happy to be working in a jail and I'm frequently asked by inmates why I'm always smiling. Simple really. I know everyone in there probably isn't having a bad day. So I try to be the best person I can be, to lead by example and hopefully make a difference in their lives while they're incarcerated. You never know when a smile could make someone's day, so I will always keep smiling. No matter the inmate. I don't look up their charges in our system because I know that there are certain crimes that I personally would judge harder than others and I intend to treat all inmates equally regardless of their crimes.

Be a light in the dark, a ray of sunshine in the storm, the positive person in a bad situation. Find the bright side, stay hopeful, and keep smiling. :)
