| Im really hoping that I'm not losing some of my safe foods. But like I was eating McDonald's chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets in general are one of my safe foods and after 3 I had to stop eating them cause they were making me gag. They tasted fine and texture was normal so I dont know what happened |

| Tony Im ok i have severe anxiety and have broken out in hives had bad panic attacks and have scratched my arms raw before due to my anxiety so I try not to due stuff that will send me into a panic |
