| I get a bag of those mixed mini potatoes. You take a buttered cake pan. You chop your mini potatoes into small chunks. You then use your chopper to super thin chop onions. Season, mix together in bowl. Put mix in the cake pan (pre-buttered) Then you chop up thick cut bacon real small. Bake covered on 350 for 45 minutes. Uncover increase to 450, bake another 45 minutes, stirring every once in awhile (Unless you like your flimsy bacon, it is fully cooked, just softer) |
