| Sun I do get the propel waters when I can afford them, and my mom got me some the the flavored water pouches that also have electrolytes in them. My stepdad is also diabetic, and my mom is pre diabetic too so we are all trying to eat better. None of us really thought about eating better for health reasons, so since we have fast metabolisms we just ate whatever for a while and clearly it was too much sugar lmao |

| Bug, That's honestly so relatable. I'm sorry it's so difficult; healthcare should be something easily accessible for everyone when a lot of the time it's not or it just takes forever or the timing isn't in your schedule (at least for me). Mm, mine are normal, I just take in more than I should sometimes. Maybe electrolyte drinks could help and incorporating more salt in meals (kind of a no-shit thing lol, sorry). I'm a type 1 diabetic so mine wasn't a lifestyle thing but hopefully you are able to be healthier! |

| Sun It's just hard getting appointments for anything. My doctor gave me a number for the proper test and it wouldn't connect and said the number was out of service lol. I manage it fine, my sister has it worse than I do For how much salt I eat, my sodium levels are actually on the lower side. On the other had, I'm pre-diabetic sooo I need to eat better lol |

| Bug- For my laptop, there's no color and it's the lining of a tombstone. But I know some line emojis (not sure of technical term) just convert to the colored emojis. So I guess I'm asking if it's colorful or just lines, if that makes sense? |

I hope you get/are getting the proper treatment and help you need to thrive. I think I have the opposite problem, I eat wayyy to much salt a lot of the time >.> |
