So put in his bio that he's an outsider (gnaw wolf) that was never accepted because of his history of being in a fire when he was just a pup and now he looks abnormal and no one would hunt with him and one day one of the alphas questioned why he was so different and he snapped and killed him/her and eventually just became cannibalistic
