hear me out patterns for cat plushies exist out there
if you use a non-furry fabric you dont even have to alter the pattern for her markings you can just paint them on
also if you want to spend a lot more money for a probably higher-quality result there's a shop called budsies that turns drawings into plushies, and probably at least one etsy shop that does the same
