I stay clear of the jungle because a 6 stack of sun bears in my experience is more common than a 6 stack of brown bears in the forest. But even then, I have to cycle to my second explore team with just a 4 stack

I can see a max 3 stacking but six bears of any kind on any map is a little much in my opinion. 2 of my wolves are gravely injured and kicked from my explore team with a single attack even if I put them in a defensive stance
