Autodesk was good for me before Procreate and I still go back for its symmetry tools lol

I really like autodesk sketchbook for phone art. It also has a nice feature where you can take a picture of a traditional sketch or lineart and get a transparent background. It has a lot of brushes to choose from and you can mess around with them to make them how you want
