Last time I played this game I thought you could eventualy buy talents for your wolves. Can you still do that & if so, how?

Well I’ve only got the one who would maybe pop between now and noon, but I made a bit more space so I don’t think I’ll need to worry to much anymore! But the thought of boarding did cross my mind, especially in case there’s good pups.
