When you feel like you don't matter to them anymore :/ cause that shouldn't happen and like your effects to keep the friendship alive just land up being worth nothing...if that makes sense
I have/has this one friend (are we still friends no clue) who we used to be really close despite me moving away and stuff but lately like the past year I've been doing more of the messaging and it just seems like she doesn't give a shit about anymore cause I have been the only one to initiate conversation unless she needs something from me.....now it just feels like it's dying and what's the point if she doesn't want to keep it alive
Honestly I would just think about it really hard and besides real friends don't leave or make you feel like you aren't important to them or make you question letting go so yeah

That does make sense. Any kind of relationship is a two way street and when only one of you is putting in that effort the way it needs to be... It gets exhausting and it's a hard decision to make, but it's for the better.
