Either I'm remembering incorrectly, but it really feels like the bonus moonflower rates for that specific FMC-specific event have been nerfed to the ground. If they've always been this low, then shoddy memory be damned

Chance for a moonflower. I think growl's an instant fail though, and if not, I'll be surprised. Bow goes off spirituality, and howl goes off one wolf in the party's howl stat

Ahh, yeah that's the fix for the tiles being all wonky/flickering when the map loaded as you moved
