A looot of therapists who offer online sessions will be parts of groups and have certain accreditations. Most of these groups will have a list of their members!
In the UK there's the BACP [British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy] and they have a list of accredited therapists which is pretty extensive :]

Many therapists have a free uh,, what's it called,, consultation? And you can see if the vibes check out.

Stress can be a huge trigger and recipe for disaster with depression and other mental health conditions.
And yeah, that would be great, especially if some people cannot make it to therapy every session.

Oh man, that really sucks I'm sorry. I'm one of those people lol, my depression gets really bad during exam season or when I get overwhelmed. I think there could be some promise with online therapists, imagine if you could just link up to one after a quick google search
