I typically work rotations or shift work, but due to the no staff we have at the moment, I've been slapped on the night shift because nobody else would do it ;-;

it can be, least it tends to be quieter anyway XD
aside from insomnia keeping me up past lunch, it's usually just the neighbors that bother me. But I can just tune them out with a fan and music.

3-4 hours of sleep is standard as of the last few weeks, anything more than 5 is a rare event

I don't work night shift- I work 8-5 with animal chores before, and after but I'm currently on overtime that I won't get paid for, but that's what happens when you fall behind because the system was down </3

Working night shift really puts a wrench in it. If I need to do anything, it'd have to be during the day, / before work which means it cuts into my down / sleep time.
