My real question is if I go to urgent care what can they do about it? Can they diagnose its actually my sciatic. Would they xray it?

Walking around definitely isn't helping. I'm getting a heating pad after work. I took like 4 ibuprofen and 4 aspirin at the same time and it helped a little with the pain for like an hour.

I have, Apothecary. Try different positions, and try walking around. Gentle message and heat helps too.
