| @Dawn When they're first born, I fed mine flightless fruit flies. You can then move them up to larger prey. It doesn't really matter what kind of prey you feed your mantis so long as it cannot pose any potential harm to it, such as bees, wasps, spiders, or ants which can hurt your mantis. You also have to watch out for pathogens from wild caught prey, such as diseases from flies and commercially bred crickets who get sick from being kept in unsanity conditions |

| @Dawn I thought they would just sit around not doing anything adn only move when I fed them, but boy was I wrong. These guys, despite only consisting of a nerve and ganglia, have wildly different personalities, they can be curious, spicy, skittish, affectionate, and they have a very meticulous grooming regimen. Diabeto will regularly come to the front of her enclosure to say hi |
