| By us I mean 1 person. They expect 1 person to do about $20,000 worth in sales of dishes, in 4 hours and shut down the back and take out the trash from every can since 10am :) |

| That says all its back of house closers aren't good because they expect us to do the dishes from the entire restuarant and the entire day, plus completely shut down the back in 4 hours :) |
