@Silvs Aw man :[. To be honest though, I'm guilty of this but only because I don't see it until it's too late CRI. I think maybe what might help is writing it on the wolf info too under like backstory or something

@Apothecary Dang man :[. Do you guys have a dishie? I've worked in a lot of resturants and usually there's a guy dedicated to dishes so BOH can focus on closing tasks. What you got going on is for sure not ideal

By us I mean 1 person. They expect 1 person to do about $20,000 worth in sales of dishes, in 4 hours and shut down the back and take out the trash from every can since 10am :)
