Joined as a dispersal with Clawed Cowbird.
Born into a life of comfort and prestige, Prowl grew up with dozens of stories about redoubtable warriors who secured their homeland throughout the generations. Prowl spend much of her life absorbing these fables, ingraining every achievement into the fiber of her being. Her admiration grew into ambition. She sparred with her littermates at every opportunity. By the time she reached her second year, she had already decided to depart from her pack. She was beautiful, with her lush and curly pelt, and educated well; however she did not desire an uneventful and pleasant life. She craved the blood and adrenaline of battle, the thrilling merciless of war.
With a confident stride, Prowl marched into the unknown alongside the other dispersals. She was followed by her friend Clawed Cowbird. They ventured far and wide until they reached the edge of the Windswept Peaks. She was not deterred by the jagged rocks, nor the hot gusts of summer wind that pushed against them as they climbed. She was not deterred by the ominous shadows that crept out from the rocky woods as they reached too far into the territory for comfort. Maple looked upon both of them with cautious curiosity before considering them joining. Prowl tried her hardest to stay undeterred as a flurry of wolves scrutinized her every feature before granting her a name.
Prowl settled easily into the aggressive reign of Maple. Prowl had come at the perfect time. The year she came was the first year of warfare (WoW) that the pack had ever lived through, and they needed to train a new generation of explorers for the years to come. Prowl’s first test was out with Cowbird. It was uneventful for her, but her unscathed experience drew Maple’s interest. Maple would begin to bring Prowl with her to mark the new swamp territories. Prowl proved to be an excellent student. Maple grew attached to her quickly, taking her under her wing with the promise to unlock her true potential as a warrior. Prowls first few victories under Maples guidance would be several wolves.
