Biography
After leaving her birth pack to find either a mate, or a new pack to join in hopes of learning more about other wolves. Royal came across this bonded pair of Wolves.
Elliot and Chance. She'd not been really keen on getting to know them, but she did need to at least seem peaceful, lest they become powerful and seek out those who wronged them.
They weren't of that sort, thankfully. Because she was rather rude in the beginning at times. She'd gotten to know them, helped them when needed. Even saved Elliot a few times, which Chance did seem to be slightly weary of. But Royal assured him, she wasn't into his mate.
She didn't have the best experience in battle. Her saves of Elliot were mainly due to her distracting creatures that tried to harm her queen.
That's funny, when had she started to think of Elliot that way?..She'd come to realize that in the months of traveling with them. Picking up a few things, learning better hunting and battle tactics (Which Chance seemed to be great in battle when motivated to protect their mate.)
She'd come to view them as higher ranked, a king and queen. I mean, it suited them with how they took charge and how they cared for everyone. That's how wolves of such leadership should be.
Fast forward to the year after, and Royal wasn't surprised by Chance appointing Chaser to protect Elliot during times he wasn't near. Even if that one had no respect for their leaders or care for what happened to most of the pack. Chaser had been a bit untrusting and hospital ever since Elliot picked her up from nearly dying to a farmer's dogs.
However, She was surprised by Elliot actively going against Chance on this choice constantly. She'd been the Queen's lady in Waiting technically. But, Elliot wanted HER of all wolves as her guard?
Why?
She was still crappy in fights, not a good hunter, and definitely not a good friend with how weary she can be.
But, she'd been chosen personally. Like how King Chance personally chose Jaguar...She'll never admit how it made her take fights more seriously, especially after Queen Elliot had become pregnant.
She will not be leaving the Queen's side unless it is asked of her by the queen in person. She is the Queen's protector after all.
What kind of idiot would she be to leave the side of her ward?
Only a fool would do such a thing and leave the one they're assigned to protect vulnerable. However, making it seem as though the Queen is unguarded was a thing stated for her to do by Elliot. Make it seem as though no one's there to protect the Queen, and come in with the elements of surprise as they'd have not expected a fight.
She must say, the Queen is smart for that. Only those who seek to cause trouble or eliminate the Queen would try to do such a thing. And Royal planned to try and be one step ahead of anyone who dared to come close.
