The baby princess of the Pack Alphas, Elhana was being groomed to one day become the next leader of the pack.
And so she did.
She grew up as the only pup of the pack for years, and was no worse off for it. She was guarded and taught at every moment of every day, it seemed. She spent most of her time at her mother's side. Ruffer had been large and fearsome and graceful all at once, and Elhana had wanted nothing more than to be just like her.
She had hunted and fought and run alongside her mother for most of her days. Even when the day came that she found herself with brothers and sisters that were to be trained too, still she was the one that received the most.
"You will lead," her mother had told her.
From her mother she learned grace and power. From her father she learned patience and impulse, the sort of impulse that had burning ferocity behind it.
From the both of them she learned the different arts of battle, challenging rites, traditions, and the ways of courtship. They never tired in their teachings, nor in their love for her and her brothers and sisters.
The day eventually came that her mother faded into the night, and morning only left a dead wolf.
And so she found herself to be leader.
With being leader came new trials. She had to face all of her packmates in turn, preparing to assert her position over them. Most gave in easily, though some of her siblings chose to challenge her position, though briefly. She was the largest and best fighter of all six of them, and they didn't stand a chance. Wolves like Tervicz and Zcale slunk away sheepishly, having received a sound thrashing.
After that, it was a matter of leading, then later to find a mate.
She had little issue with their pack's old nemesis, since her parents and the leaders of The Avengers had long since set aside their old grudges, and a pair that frequented the borders of The Wolves of Time had even fostered the son of the male leader.
Finding a mate was something different. Her father had taken a very brief interest in her, as a wolf may, but instinct had lent Elhana the sheer anger and ferocity to sharply curb his advances.
There may have been other offers, but in the end she settled upon a strong, elderly wanderer who appeared inside of their territory. With his arrival, her father's position as the leader was finally officially buried, and the new male, Abruzzo, was her mate.

Fearsome and graceful, having taken both the best and the worst personality traits from her parents.
Intensely loyalty to her packmates and ferociously protective of her family.
She refuses to take anyone's put-downs and is more than ready to slash the throat of any wolf who would dare to attempt to undermine her.
Preferences
Prefers movement to stillness, and words to battle.
Special Skills
Digging, as taught by Klapmer. Her strong legs and large paws make her ideal for the activity.
Also skilled in pouncing, capable of covering a good few feet further than any other wolf in her pack.
