Biography
Her life started in a wolf sanctuary. A place where wolves lived in small packs of three or four, food came easy, and all injury and illness was treated by an outside force. They had relationships among themselves, space to run, and no enemies to bear down on them. This was her life for less than one season.
One day, she woke up and her whole world changed. Kailani went from a freedoms that provided miles of land to roam, to being confined to a 15 foot chain. The opportunity to interact with many others was dwindled down to one elderly husky that wanted nothing to do with her. Despite the circumstances, she tried her best to make the most of her new life.
Games would be played with her new company whenever given the chance. She would relish in stories spoken by the older canine. This was something she could make do with, until the husky vanished, and never returned. When this event occurred, Kailani's world nearly turned dull.
She tried everything to stay up, but she could only kick a ball around so much. Her favorite past time became gazing at the stars, reminiscing in her old companions stories. Her days were mostly spent sprawled out on the wooden porch watching the forest from a distance. Her life would change once more when a stranger hit the small village. He followed the tree line gazing into the village from afar.
To bring curiosity into her boring life, Kailani called out. "Hey stranger!" She sang this out as she followed him to the end of her lead. Her heart skipped a beat when he actually stopped and turned to her. "You lost?"
This interaction would be the beginning of a life she thought she could only dream of. Everest would be her saving grace and she would grow forever fond of him.

| Personality
Sweet ~ Kailani could be described as being sweet as honey. Not a part about her would dare hurt a fly. She is always open for an interaction and knows better than to just approach any stranger. Kailani stays friendly even when she may be upset. She will almost never be the one to initiate a confrontation.
Intelligent ~ Being a house pet, she knows quite a bit. Maybe she owes that to her past mentor. Kailani knows a lot about the stars. She is smart in the fact that not everybody will be her friend and many show tooth instead of words.(<--This may have been learnt the hard way.) She is aware of how the village runs and who does what everyday, tracking their schedules and which dogs(friendly or not) live where.
Mellow ~ Despite her friendly nature, Kailani remains fairly calm, and she appreciates when the world around her reciprocates that. She takes on the form of a good listener, and can make for a quick neutral ground in a worded argument. To her friends and even acquaintances she is very supportive.
Clumsy ~ Now she can be a bit clumsy in her steps. This dwindles her ability to win a fight. Even doing the simplest of things - e.i: walking - Kailani finds a way to stumble, or more so the stumble finds her. Later in her life optic nerve atrophy will take her vision.
Preferences
Bird Song ~ What could be better than waking up to the blissful chirping of morning birds? This is the only sound that Kailani can stand in her little corner of the village. If given the choice she would silence the hollering of the masters and the barking of the dogs. The twittering in the surrounding forest is like her own little getaway.
Petunia Flowers ~ The smell, the pretty colors, another lovely distraction from the everyday activities around her. Another thing to enjoy, sitting, watching the trees. Compared to other flora, Kailani definitely prefers the clustered petunias.
Peace ~ Yes, despite being the friendly soul she is, Kailani can only stand so much bustling energy. She enjoys listening to the wind whistle through the trees, or watch as rain sprinkles down upon the earth. If there are little bursts of silence, Kailani is there for them to bask in the peace.
Special Skills
Hydrokinesis ~ though she does not know this, Kailani can control water to a certain level. While touching water, she can manipulate it around her. This power cannot be used for fighting but is a great display of entertainment.
