Biography Horowitz lay in her birthing den, looking down at the bundles of joy, whom romped about, tackling and play-fighting with one another. There were three males and 2 females which were only about two weeks old, as their eyes had opened, but their vision wasn't as clear as it could be. Horowitz listened to the pups small yips and whines, it gave her a warm, fuzzy feeling on the inside. It was otherwise known as 'the proud motherly feeling' Two of the three males had inherited the grey base coats of their father, Teetang, while the smaller male had inherited Horowitz's merle base coat and cream shoulder markings. One of the female pups had taken on Teetang's grey base coat, but had been blessed with the cream shoulder markings. The largest female, whom Horowitz had named, Tikuana, had inherited a black base coat, cream shoulder markings and white speckles. Tikuana was the largest of the litter, and Horowitz would admit, that Tikuana had hurt her when she was bought into the world.
Horowitz's thoughts drifted away from her litter, and onto Teetang, whom she hadn't seen for many weeks, after she had told him she'd be due with the litter some time that coming week. When she had announced it too him, his face had contorted weirdly, twisting to form a wicked grin, before he praised her with how well she'd done. "They'll be beautiful!" He had told her that, before he had made the excuse that he needed to go out hunting. "I'll be back before you know it, Witz." He murmured, giving her a nuzzle, and slipped off before she could argue. That scene had been replaying in her mind, over and over again, right up until today. She didn't know why, but her gut was telling her something horrifying would happen today, though what, she didn't know. ~~~~~ Pulling herself out of her thoughts, she glanced at the pups as they slowly came to a halt in playing as a shadow loomed in the den entrance. As the shadow grew larger, it took on the form of another wolf, and the pups scampered, seeking shelter behind Horowitz, while she stood to face this intruder. Horowitz growled, raising her hackles, just as Teetang came around the corner. "Why so serious Witz?" He asked her questioningly. "Oh...T-Teetang?" She asked in disbelief. "Hmmm. Did you forget me?" Teetang asked her, his tone taking a turn for the worst as he towered over her. "Look at these lovelies. They look so much like their father!" He growled, menacingly, causing Horowitz to shake. "Teetang...Where have you been all this time?" She asked, trying her best to not let him get the better of her.
"Where have I been?" He snapped. "Don't you mean, where have *you* been?!" He asked, emphasising the 'you'. "M-me? I was raising this lot..." She said, her voice wavering. She had never seen Teetang so anger driven before. "Oh? And when were you planning on introducing me to them?" He sneered, leaning over her. "Forget it." He spat, shoving past her and towards the pups. Teetang crouched down in front of the five puppies whom whimpered, crying for their mother. "Who's this one?" Teetang snapped, thrusting out his right paw, and dragging Tikuana towards him. Horowitz cringed at the way he treated his own offspring. "H-her name's Tikuana..." She muttered, fearing for both her life and the five pups. "Ahhhh, I must say...I do like her..." He drawled, tossing Tikuana back to where the four other pups huddled. Tikuana landed with a thud, as Teetang padded back to Horowitz.
"Witz...You've been played so well..." He chuckled, pinning her to the ground. "P-played?" Horowitz whined, as Teetang scoffed. "You're too gullible, so when I came across you, I knew you were perfect. I talked you into everything, made you believe I was the one for you, but you know something Witz? I'm a rouge male. I don't care for you or your pups' safety. I want my bloodline to continue, strong and well, so I have a little task in mind for you. Think you're up too it?" Teetang came clean about his real identity, his intentions. 'That's why. I couldn't visit his pack!' Horowitz realised. "I...I'm not sire what you mean." She stuttered. "Five little fluff balls need to be narrowed down to one. Choose, or I choose for you." He told her sternly. Horowitz eyes widened in pure shock, Teetang was asking her to kill one of her own pups. She couldn't do it. The emotional and physical bond she shared was too great. "No Teetang! I won't!" She cried, breaking down, her body succumbing to the rising shakes and terror, which Teetang inflicted.

| Personality Horowitz is quite a shy, reserved female, although once you manage to drag her out of her closed-off shell, she's an innocent puppy at heart and is always willing to serve her pack and their needs.
Because she is so closed off, she is often come to in times of some needed medical advice, as she has been known to spend hours in end, studying and performing experiments using salves she has created from wild herbs.
Preferences Horowitz is much like Kyairo II when it comes to her preferences. She tags along with males whom are dominant enough to push her around, but if they abuse that privilege, Horowitz will note that down for future reference, and the next time the abuse their rights, Horowitz will be sure to put them in their place. She acquired this new trait after her encounter with the brute, Teetang. Kazu knows his place and Kyairo admires him for acknowledging the fact. She herself is quite a boisterous female, when the times are right, and tends to dominant others, when she feels they need to be reminded of rules, although she is only willing to submit to Kazushi [Kazu], bending at his every will.

Special Skills Horowitz is quite skilled in the art or salve-making. After a pack battle, she breaks out her stash of ointments and applies them to stop any potential microscopic pathogens from entering through the wound. Due to this skill, she has kept vital pack members alive and kicking, although she is yet to discover some oral medication that will enable her elders to stick around for a few years or more.
