Biography
Slate was born and raised in another pack by his mother, a beautiful she-wolf who taught him everything he knew. She was a lower ranking wolf, so he never got to meet his father. While he occasionally wonders what the wolf that sired him was like, he doesn't mull over it. After a year he was forced out of his old pack. Not out of ill will, there simply wasn't enough room for him in the large pack. He tried to survive on his own for awhile, and wound up half starved from it. But he made it through the hellish winter and in the spring found a new pack.

Aloof, he doesn't want other wolves to know what he is really thinking or feeling. He usually stays on the outskirts of the territory to watch for outsiders. He is also a major flirt.

Lazing in the sun during warmer months. His favorite food is elk.
