There refers to a place.
Their is possessive.
They're is a contraction of "they are".

Your is possessive.
You're is a contraction of "you are".

Then/than
Then means "at that time" or "afterwards".
Than is for comparison.

Its/it's
Its is possessive.
It's is a contraction of "it is".

Lose/loose
Lose implies loss.
Loose means "not tight".

Allowed/aloud
Allowed means something is permitted.
Aloud means "out loud".
